Pressure sensitive |
Property that allows tape to adhere to a surface when pressed |

Release coat |
Coating on the non-sticky side of a tape that allows it to be unrolled |

Core |
The center hub (usually paper or cardboard) around which tape is rolled |

Double-sided |
Tape that is sticky on both sides |

Repositionable |
Tape that has a non-aggressive tape that can be removed and reattached |

Backing |
The base material of a tape to which the adhesive is applied |

Tack |
A measure of how sticky a tape feels |

Unwind |
A measure of the amount of pressure required to unwind tape from the roll |

Gap |
The space or opening between leaves of tape on a roll |
